Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AI App Check collects, why, and what you can do about it. AI App Check is operated by COLORDRIP LABS LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). We don't sell your personal information.
1. What we collect and why

We only collect what we need for these purposes. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
2. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the business for us, and only as much as each one needs:
- Stripe: payments and receipts.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, visit statistics, and routing emails sent to our @aiappcheck.com addresses.
- Google: our email inbox.
- A password manager: encrypted storage for the test logins you give us.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. If the business is ever sold, the buyer would take over this policy.
3. Cookies
Our website doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or local storage to track you. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks and bots. Stripe's checkout pages are Stripe's own and follow Stripe's cookie policy.
4. How long we keep it

5. How we protect it
Test logins are stored in an encrypted password manager, and only the person doing your audit can access them. We use providers with strong security, and we limit who can see client information. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn that your audit information was exposed while in our care, we'll tell you by email within 72 hours.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: reply to any email from us and ask, and we'll stop emailing you.
- See, correct or delete your information: email [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to keep.
- These choices are open to everyone, wherever you live. If your state or country gives you extra privacy rights, email us and we'll honor them as the law requires.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Where your information is
We're based in the United States, and our providers store information in the US and other countries. Using our services means your information may be handled outside your own country.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also email the people it affects.
